 Fee Rule (2018-19)

  1. Parents must login to ERP for knowing and paying the fees online.
  2. Annual Charges have to be paid with first quarter fee only.
  3. Transportation Rules: - Transport fee is according to distance & has to be paid quarterly i.e. i.e. 2 months with 1st quarter and then quarterly basis
  4. All fees for the session 2018-19 should be deposited on or before the due dates as mentioned below:

  1. Rs 10/- Per day- Late fees fine will be charged separately for Annual Charges, Quarterly Fee and Bus Fee.
  2. The late fee of previous quarter has to be mandatorily deposited along with current due quarter fee. If the fee of one quarter remains unpaid after last date of fee submission of next quarter then the name of student is liable to be struck off the rolls. Rs. 5,000/- will be charged for readmission processing fee subject to availability of seats.
  3. Midsession Admissions (After March): If any student takes admission in midsession i.e. after march, then parents should submit receipts of fee paid for previous months in previous school, only then fee will be charged from the date of admission (subject to proper verification by accounts) otherwise fee has to be paid from the starting of academic session of our school.
  4. Transportation charges will be charged from the date of admission in case of new admissions. Annual charges will be charged for the whole session.
  5. If the child remains absent for 15 continuous working days without prior permission or intimation, the school has the authority to strike off the name of the child. If the child returns after a period of 15 days or more, then it will be treated as re-admission which will be at the discretion of the Principal and Rs 5,000/- will be charged as re-admission processing fee (subject to availability of seats).
  6. The Final Progress Report and School Leaving Certificate will be issued only after all the dues are cleared.

 

  1. TC and Withdrawal:
  1. Date of TC application will decide the fee to be charged from the student.
  2. In case of T.C. application, fee will be charged for the month of application & next month.
  3. It is advisable to apply for the T.C by the end of month so that only next month will be considered as the notice period.
