Integrated Programme in Management
IPM launched by IIM-Indore in 2011. It is the five year Integrated Programme. This Programme has been accredited by the Association of MBA,London (4 th& 5 th Year). IPM Programme meant for young students with managerial & leadership aspiration.
Learning Goals: Learning goals of IPM are split into those for the first 3 years as UG and next 2 years as a PG student.
The first 3 Years Goals: The foundation has three major elements:
- • Courses in Mathematics, Statistics and Economics build analytical rigour.
- • Courses in Psychology, Sociology, and political science along with courses in Economics provide an understanding of the core discipline on which the study of management is based.
- • Courses in Science, Engineering, Humanities, Literature and Fine Arts provide perspective.
A combination of analytical rigour and wide exposure equips IPM students for leadership roles and positions of responsibility in different sectors. After 3 years of foundation course students enter in the PG Course along with PGP (CAT Qualified )students with the same package course. On completion of 5 Years course students would be awarded Integrated Programme in Management by IIM Indore.
Selection Process :
First Stage: An application form aimed at understanding the Student’s Proficiency in Academics & co- curricular activities
Second Stage: AT ( Aptitude Test)An Entrance Examination tests the Student’s Aptitude, Mathematics, English and Logical reasoning.
Third Stage: WAT & PI-Personal Interview and Written Ability Test (Essay Writing).
AT Exam Pattern : Objective Type Questions.
Number of Question: 100 ( Each Question Carry 4 Marks)
Negative Marking : 1 Mark for each wrong answer.
Sections: Two Sections 1. Quantitative Ability Section -75 Minutes( 65 Questions) 2. Verbal Ability Section-45 Minutes( 35 Questions)
Duration : 2 hours
Note : Students must answer the questions in a pre-specified order.
Eligibility Criteria : Minimum 60% in Class 10 th and 12th.
Date of IPM Aptitude Test: May 16, 2017( As on Date).
