Janmashtami Celebration

Students of class Class KG II -G enthusiastically celebrated Janmashtami in the morning assembly held on August 14, 2025 on the topic Janmashtami. Students depicted a few scenes of Sandipani Ashram where Lord Krishna got his education and spent his childhood days. Children learnt moral values like discipline, true friendship, respect for food, elders, teachers, sharing- caring, obedience etc from the life of Lord Krishna.\r\nChildren also performed a wonderful dance with great zeal. \r\nThe Assembly concluded with Aarti and bhajans. The students also decorated flute and matki which symbolize the festival.

Parent Teacher Meeting - II, 2025-26

13th National Curo Quiz 2025

Sagar Public School, Saket Nagar conducted the13th National CURO Quiz on the 1st of August 2025. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation of 36 teams from reputed schools including 14 teams from cities like Gwalior, Indore, Varanasi, Hisar, Patna, Amritsar and Jaipur, showcasing a vibrant display of knowledge, critical thinking, and presence of mind.\r\nThe quiz was conducted in multiple rounds. The first stage was of Online Round for outstation teams from where three teams qualified for the final stage joining the Finalists from Bhopal. Total seven teams competed for the coveted CURO TROPHY. It was conducted by the talented Quizmaster, Mr. Ajay Poonia. Career Counselling Session

A Career Counselling Session was conducted on July 31, 2025, for the students of Classes IX to XII, who aspire to pursue physics and related fields in the future.\r\nThe session was taken by our alumnus, Shourya Shrivastava, who has recently completed his Master’s in Astrophysics from the prestigious University College London .\r\nHe delivered a captivating, insightful, and intellectually stimulating talk, offering a fascinating glimpse into the world of astrophysics by making abstract and complex concepts accessible, relatable, and engaging through real-life examples and striking visuals.\r\nStudents were apprised of renowned institutions and a wide spectrum of challenging and rewarding career pathways in science and beyond.\r\nThe session was a deeply inspiring and thought-provoking experience, sparking curiosity, widening horizons, and encouraging students to dream big and aim for the stars.

Sagar Public School, Saket Nagar, Bhopal, marked a significant milestone on July 1, 2025, with the celebration of its 25th Foundation Day. The event was graced by Madam Malti Rai, Honourable Mayor of Bhopal, as the Chief Guest, along with Chairman Shri Sudhir Kumar Agrawal and Principal Ms. Pankaj Sharma.The highlight of the day was the Investiture Ceremony, where the newly elected School Cabinet was formally inducted. The student leaders, including Head Boy Saavya Awasthi and Head Girl Surabhi Gupta, received their badges, sashes, and flags from the dignitaries and pledged to uphold the school's values.\r\nThe school awarded scholarships to 66 students of Classes XI and XII for their exceptional performance in the CBSE Board Examinations and Class XI Examinations. A highly engaging and insightful session on Design Thinking was conducted on June 20, 2025 by Mr. Abhyudaya Roy, Head of Outreach Program at Atlas SkillTech University, Mumbai. The session was attended by students from Classes IX to XII.\r\nMr. Roy introduced the concept of design thinking and its increasing relevance in today’s tech-driven world. He explained how technology and design are interconnected and how creative thinking can be applied to develop innovative, sustainable, and cost-efficient solutions.

Sagar Public School, Saket Nagar celebrated International Yoga Day with various activities on June 21, 2025, Saturday.It organised a yoga workshop in the morning where the students participated in performing various asanas after learning their importance.Later an Inter House Yoga competition was conducted, where students displayed exemplary flexibility and synchronisation through display of various asanas.Students also participated in the Yog Diwas celebration conducted at Atal Path, TT Nagar by the Government. Students were enriched by these experiences, it helped develop a deep appreciation for our culture and traditions.

Sports Summer Camp

The Sports Summer Camp 2025 concluded on 31st May 2025, bringing an end to a highly successful and action-packed program. The camp, organized by Sagar Public School, Saket Nagar, was held from 1st May to 31st May 2025 at SPS SN and witnessed enthusiastic participation from over 400 + students.\r\nOver the course of the camp, participants received intensive training in various sports including Football, Basketball, Skating, Badminton, Judo, Table Tennis, Swimming, with a strong focus on skill development, fitness, and teamwork. Professional coaches and trainers guided the sessions, ensuring that each participant received personalized attention and support.\r\nThe culmination event featured friendly matches, sports demonstrations, races and a vibrant closing ceremony. Principal Ms. Pankaj Sharma distributed certificates all the participants, acknowledging both talent and effort.\r\nOverall, the camp was a resounding success, fostering not only athletic growth but also instilled values such as discipline, resilience, and team spirit. It was a memorable experience for all involved and set a strong foundation for future sporting events.\r\nWe look forward to organizing future camps that continue to inspire and nurture young sporting talent.

The theme was "Legendary Rulers of Madhya Pradesh," unveiling the state's rich history and cultural heritage.Energetic Performances by students of different houses created goosebumps in the audience.
